HUNTSVILLE – Effective 18 November 2013, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Clause Parts 204, 212 and 252 Safeguarding CUI, will be included in all DoD Contracts/Subcontracts.
Requires implementation of selected National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) 800-53 controls – specifies 51 individual requirements and requires reporting of incidents within 72 hours of occurrence.
