Building a Better YOU Program is a holistic program comprised of educational resources, community building activities, and our partnership with Journey LIVE. Journey LIVE is a leader in preventative mental health, providing access to live and on-demand content with experts in mental health and workplace wellness.
At Sentar, we believe hard work deserves to be rewarded. That’s why we’ve invested in a robust awards program. Managers and cross-company team members can nominate high-performing employees for Spot Bonuses. We also recognize our land-standing employees through Service Awards and Kudos to ensure they receive recognition for outstanding accomplishments.
Employees are encouraged to give shout outs and online token kudos to their peers throughout the month via our intranet. The kudos are posted on the intranet feed and the tokens allow employees to “purchase” awesome Sentar swag at no cost!
Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
Guard your health by taking advantage of Sentar’s comprehensive insurance plans. Sentar covers most of the premiums for both employees AND their families. By lowering your insurance premiums, Sentar hopes that our employees can focus on what matters most.
Other Insurance Plans
Sentar understands that life happens. To help employees in tough situations, Sentar offers disability, accidental, voluntary life and critical illness insurance plans to provide protection when it does. Sentar also provides a basic life insurance plan to all Sentar team members.
Sentar’s 401(k) retirement plan is designed with you in mind. Employees are automatically enrolled in the 401k plan and can easily access their accounts and make selections for their future through the Fidelity portal. Sentar proudly matches against employee contributions.
