Sentar’s April Nadeau Elected Vice President of the Charleston Defense Contractors Association (CDCA) Board of Directors


April Nadeau VP (Navy, Marine Corps and Health IT) was re-elected to a three-year term to the Charleston Defense Contractors Board of Directors.

Huntsville, AL – January 10, 2019 – Sentar, Inc. (Sentar), a Women-Owned Small Business specializing in advanced Cybersecurity and Intelligence services and technology, announced today that April Nadeau, VP (Navy, Marine Corps and Health IT), has been re-elected to the Charleston Defense Contractors Association (CDCA) Board of Directors for a three-year term. During this time, Nadeau will serve as Vice President of the Board, participating on the Summit and PR committees.

As part of the board, Ms. Nadeau will help define and execute the programs, activities, and advocacy of the CDCA to support their overall mission of growing, aligning, and coordinating the opportunities and relationships between the South Carolina defense community and local, state and federal governmental agencies, elected officials and other related organizations. Nadeau’s years of community and defense contractor involvement throughout the region uniquely positions her to effectively promote CDCA’s overall goal of fostering better services for all defense customers.

In her previous role as chair of the Small Business Committee, April mentored and facilitated networking and interactions with industry leads and decision-makers to increase the potential business base for contracting opportunities and small business growth.
