Sentar Personnel Chosen as Speakers for National Cybersecurity Summit

Huntsville, AL – May 1, 2017 – Sentar, a Women-Owned Small Business, announced today that several employees have been selected to present at the 2017 National Cyber Summit, held in Huntsville, AL from June 6 – June 8th, 2017. At this year’s NCS, Sentar is proud to have several employees that will be speaking. Kell Rozman, CISSP and Security Data Scientist, will be presenting on the Internet of Things, the Big Data it generates, and how this data can be exploited. On the Healthcare track, Tom Graham, CISSP and Lead Mitigation & Remediation Analyst, will be speaking on a panel focused on technology and healthcare. Sentar’s final speaker, Chandler Hall, Cybersecurity Evangelist will be presenting a Lightning Brief entitled “Under Attack – Please Don’t Stand By”. Additionally, Stephen M. Pratt, CISSP and Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will be supporting the show under his new role as Board of Directors of the Southeastern Cyber Security Foundation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization which contributes to the execution of the annual National Cyber Summit. 

Sentar will also be exhibiting at NCS (to be helad at the VBC in Huntsville, AL). NCS is the preeminent event for cyber training, education, and workforce development aimed at protecting our nation’s infrastructure from the ever-evolving cyber threat. The summit attracts thousands of attendees each year, including defense companies, healthcare, automotive and energy industries. 

Immediately following the close of the summit, Sentar will be hosting the official NCS After-Party. The inaugural “Hacker Prohibition Night” will be held Thursday, June 8th at the Straight to Ale Speakeasy at Campus No. 805. Sentar’s experts have even pwned the drink names so that attendees can enjoy hacker-themed drinks like the “Ransomware Red” or a “Darkweb Stout”.
