Senior Development Program Director
Minimum/General Experience: This
position requires a minimum of ten or more years of
directly related experience that
includes: project development from inception to deployment, management
and control of schedules and funds/resources using complex reporting
mechanisms, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts
and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity. General experience
(that not directly related) should reflect increasing levels of
responsibility in information systems related design and/or management.
Functional Responsibility:
Serves as the contractor’s single contract manager, and shall be the
contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting
Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer’s Representative
(COR), government management personnel and customer agency
representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work
standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies,
supervising program assigned the program and communicating policies,
purposes and goals of the organization to subordinates. Shall be
responsible for the overall contract performance, technical direction
for the program, and shall not serve in any other capacity under this
contract. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
Minimum Education: A Bachelor or
(preferably) an advanced degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Business or related degree,
or the equivalent in training in school or industry.
Systems Analyst, Senior
Minimum/General Experience: Over 20+
years of experience in design, development, testing, and evaluation of
computer based system. Must possess specific experience in the analysis
and design of business applications on complex, large-scale systems,
including experience in development of one or more phases of software
used in products or services provide to external customers. Conducts
studies, technical assessments, system analysis, and architectural level
analysis to determine system performance and effectiveness. May
formulate and use mathematical models for representations to conduct
analysis.
Functional Responsibility:
Possesses a recognized authority in field. Solves unprecedented
problems, and sets standards. May supervise a medium group of
personnel. Multiple medium sized projects. Extensive external liaison.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s
Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Systems Analyst, Intermediate
Minimum/General Experience: Over 16+
years of experience in design, development, testing, and evaluation of
computer based system. Must possess specific experience in the analysis
and design of business applications on complex, large-scale systems,
