Research and Development
Software research and development is a core part of Sentar’s identity.
Effective R&D requires a special kind of talent. It requires the vision
to see beyond today’s technology and imagine what could be, to define
and describe hard problems in attainable terms, and to create new
technologies that solve these problems. Sentar’s R&D team is constantly
exploring new areas, breaking new ground, producing new ideas, and
turning those ideas into innovative solutions. When recruiting new
members for our team, we look for the following qualifications:

Strong software development skills using a variety of languages and
development
environments
- Two or more years research and development experience

Advanced degree in a related field

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical skills
