Sr. Cyber Security Architect

    Locations: Huntsville AL, Washington DC
   
      Comprehensive Qualifications Include:

• Strong technical background in Government-based information assurance
• Working knowledge of DIACAP, NIST, and NISPOM processes
• GIAC and CISSP certifications preferred (per 8570.1)
• Networking, operating system, or software certifications
• Software development, test, and IV&V background
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Must possess or be capable of obtaining Secret Clearance
• Degree preferred (BS/MS/PhD) or equivalent experience
• Security risk and vulnerability analysis
• Team leadership experience
• Experience developing and implementing IA security solutions
• 8 years minimum experience in computer/information technology field with some software development or security expertise
• Experience with IDSs, firewalls, vulnerability guards, host level IDSs, and sniffer management, administration and/or consulting
• IT Credentials (certifications, papers written, councils, etc.)
• Able to work independently, have good organization skills, be detail-oriented, and complete assignments in a timely fashion
• Be an effective communicator (written, oral, and visual) and have excellent communications skills
• A familiarity with Federal software development standards compliance is a plus.  Experience with XML, XML schemas, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript, Smarty Templates, and web services is also a plus
• Understanding of relational database models and object-oriented software design methodology
